The so called experts and analysts have been recently making a ton of noise about the big bubble real estate market in Canada in general and in the GTA in specific. But so far non of these speculations have come true. Home prices in the Greater Toronto Area is stable and have seen a slight increase in June and July of 2015. According to the Toronto Real Estate Board stats, July experienced record sales with 9880 homes sold through Toronto MLS system with an average increase of 9-10% in prices.
